Lore Chat Proposal

As a bit of a lore fanatic myself, I would like to use the forum to discuss lore-related topics to fellow clan-mates who are also interested. I'm thinking between a weekly or monthly basis I (or someone more qualified?) could post a lore discussion, along with a relative poll, to which others could put in their opinions.

For example (spoiler alert) I could post a topic pertaining Missing, persumed Death and what happened there. Branching topic could include opinions of Sliske, the present gods, the dragonkin, and maybe even some more undertone details, like Brassica Prime's involvement (is he involved?). Alongside could be a poll that reflects the topic like such;

Which faction do you agree with the most or sided with?
-Saradomin
-Zamorak
-Armadyl
-Bandos
-Icthlarin
-Sliske
-Zaros
-Guthix
-Godless
-None of the above

Of course many of these topics would be quest related, so a spoiler alert (the one in post settings, rather than my lame warning in this post   ) should be enabled on all of them, with a non-too spoiling title.

So asuming I'm not the only lore-hound here, I think this could be a cool addition to the forum. Perhaps it could even come with a catch name (Lore with Nor' ?   ) Anyway, let me know if this sort of thing could take off, or if there are any questions or reasons not to.

As a person who takes more time reading dialogue than the quest actually takes, support!

I'm going to move this topic to a more suited location. Due to the Events section being for in-game clan events. (not Forum-events) it is a very good addition to the forum though.

Fine with me thanks!  But first a few questions before I get started.

So I'm guessing a weekly schedule may be alright. Should I be assigned a spot or can I just post on my own free will? Also, is there a way the chat could have a post "folder" so that later on the posts don't clutter up RS talk (I'm hoping this takes off pretty well to the point there's that many posts)?
Also is there a way others can suggest a certain topic for a post? I would like to involve other people's ideas into this as well as my own.

With it being Runescape Lore and your basic story or event analysis (along with other users) id suggest you put it in the Your stories and Blogs section (which is linked for you) these are stories or blogs by you based on Runescape. I will pin the Topic for you so it doesnt clutter up anything and will be easier to find, if you wish to change subjects within your "runescape lore" topic for instance"zammy" to "sara" just add a "title" to your comment which is always at the top of the Reply box,

To get to the Reply Box you have to click "Add Reply" at the bottom of the topic, (if you want to add a title) if not the "quick reply" box is always there
